Large gummies but mediocre effectiveness

Surprisingly large for how little melatonin they have, and also a really weird taste. The best way I can describe it would be 'stale skittles'. Not any particular flavor, just all the flavors mashed together. I don't hate it, but I don't like it either. The performance is just okay. They do make me sleepy, no doubt about it, but they don't put me to sleep as much as I'd expect from a 10mg dose. Good gentle and natural sleep-inducing gummies

We use melatonin in our home as a natural way to help some of us fall asleep at a normal bed time. I used this a couple times this week and both nights I used it I fell asleep much earlier than I normally do, so it seems to work for me. My son who uses melatonin more regularly said it also worked for him at the normal concentration he takes (10mg). Note that the label says “10mg” but that is per dose and not per gummy (each gummy is 5mg so you need to take 2 gummies for the full recommended dose).

I look forward to a good night’s sleep, but I usually cannot get it unless I take something to help me sleep. Melatonin is one of those things that usually help. I would be lying if I said I did not like the gummy form of it the most. The gummies are just more enjoyable, and usually taste pretty good too.This supplement definitely has the melatonin quantity at 10mg. Personally, 10mg is a bit more than I prefer to take, but the good news is that each gummy is 5mg, so I just doubled my value with these considering that I tend to stick to 5mg. The berry flavor is enjoyable, but not overly sweet, and the gummies seem to be effective as well.Take all of that into account and the fact that these are priced at approximately ten bucks, I gotta say, I am a fan of these.

Taste great, work well

These are fairly high dosage for melatonin but I generally only take 1. If you're concerned about added sugars there are better options, but I really like these. These taste great and are easy to chew. I find melatonin helps when I travel.
