Shipment processing time:

We reserve the right to choose the nest available shipping method. In Continental US we ship by USPS, Fedex, or UPS. Internationally we ship by USPS or Fedex.
We ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when we ship your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes:
Nutra Seasons is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Nutra Seasons is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship internationally, we may contact you for final shipping cost or other shipping issues as necessary.
