For trying to be healthy, these miss the mark on multiple points for me- 2g added sugar- orange FOOD COLORING- listed as orange dispersion (coloring)Those right there negate any health benefits you might get from these gummies.They have an odd orange flavor and are on the firm side for gummies. Would not recommend and would not purchase again.

Tasty gummies

These fiber gummies have great taste and texture! I feel like I'm eating candy or fruit snacks and definitely eat more than one serving in a sitting lol. They seem to be effective without giving me any tummy problems if I do go overboard lol. I would definitely order these again or try another flavor!

Tasty, decent fiber amount

I’m a fan of soluble fiber gummies generally, and these seem like a high-end option if that is your preferred way to take fiber.The gummies are pretty chewy and I have TMJ but they are still manageable. The taste is good, and I normally don’t love orange flavorings. Probably closest in taste to orange-flavored lollipops.I also appreciate that it’s just a 2 gummy serving for 4 grams and not “lol take the whole bottle and it’s one gram of fiber” like many other brands are.Overall I am a fan of these for my needs.

Let me say off the top that I appreciate a company that puts the country of manufacture on their supplement products and I'm especially happy when that country is the USA. It's reassuring to know they are made some place with safety standards and oversight.The gummies themselves are easy to chew and swallow and have an orange flavor to them. They come in a gumdrop style shape. I find fiber gummies a more pleasant way to supplement fiber when compared to chalky tablets or big pills. The ingredient list is relatively clean but do note that these are sweetened with sugar. If you are on a low carb or keto diet, these will add a few grams of carbs to your daily intake.
