I just got over a cold that took up residence in my lungs towards the end. Developing a dry cough that didn’t seem to break any of the junk in my chest up, I tried these. Now, it could be coincidence of the natural progression of the sickness, but at the same time I started taking these I noticed a change in my cough and more productive coughing that allowed the junk to break up. Obviously there are many factors to consider, but that was my experience. The pills are easy to swallow, not too big, and do not have any sort of flavor to them. I also did not experience any sort of side effect that I could attribute to the supplement. If you’re looking to try something like this I can recommend these as they are a decent price and worth it for sure if they help to shorten any of the effects of a chest cold.

Spring is pollen season, and my respiratory system suffers. I don't know if this supplement helped me at all, though. I have no actual way to test the efficacy, as I have no controls or lab, so I can only go by how it feels.The capsules were a moderate size, easy enough to swallow, and did not cause any unpleasant "urps" or breath.

Really kind of sketched me out.The bottle seemed "off", can't really describe it.I did not ingest the pills.

I got these when I had pneumonia and was having problems breathing. I was excited to see how well the worked. As I read the ingredients list, it seemed that this would be a viable supplement. That is when I read it has Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). You should never ingest this chemical.SLS is found in engine degreasers, floor cleaner, dishwashing and laundry detergents. The FDA say that you should not ingest it.Sorry, but this is a no-go for me.Do research.
