I’ve been feeling pretty good while taking this probiotic. They claim to colonize your gut with the healthy probiotic bacteria. I have taken it daily for weeks and have had no issues. I like that I only have to take one a day.

Good blend of bacterium, digestive enzymes. 6 billion CFU is a slightly higher concentration than some probiotic blends use, but I didn't notice any stomach complaints.

I’ve taken a daily probiotic for years. I have a subscription to a brand that sends a different formulation every three months. When I had the opportunity to try this I jumped at the chance. It is similar in price to what I already use so I was hoping it’d be similar in quality. I had heard good things about Amla so was pleased to see it included.When my last bottle of the subscription probiotic i had been taking ran out I immediately switched over to this one the next morning. The packaging was secure and sealed for freshness/tamper resistance. The pills were larger than I anticipated, but i still found them easy to swallow. There was no after taste or burps.I am generally very regular. I start my mornings with oatmeal or yogurt and my lunch usually includes a bean salad. I found starting this probiotic caused a bit of irregularity. This surprised me since my body is very accustomed to taking different strains of probiotics. I just read another review that mentioned abdominal soreness. I workout regularly and don’t normally feel sore anymore unless trying something new. I did one of my standard ab routines on Monday and my abs were still sore from it on Wednesday. I would have never made the connection to the probiotic, but i figure it’s worth mentioning since someone else did. Is it related? I don’t think there’s anyway to truly know.This product does contain carrageenan which I try to limit in my diet. This product does not list any gluten containing ingredients but is not certified gluten free. I have Celiac and have not experienced any side effects aside from the mild irregularity that give me pause.

I found it very easy to swallow, for a large capsule. There is little to no taste which is also a good feature. It hasn't had a long test, but for the short time I have been taking them they seem to be doing the job and keeping things running smoothly. Overall, they seem to me like a good product, which I would recommend to anyone in need of a probiotic supplement.

Any reviewer here is simply providing an opinion: anecdotal evidence.That said, the 6 billion colony-forming unit dosage like this has reportedly been used safely for up to 3 months according to WebMD, but typical doses are between 1 and 2 billion daily for up to a year. Note that there has been no peer-reviewed effectiveness studies for products like this. Also, too many supplement manufacturers sell unneeded high doses at higher prices, which this product seems to be.I cannot say if this works or not; in fact, even the manufacturer cannot do so because the FDA requires that it cannot make that claim.However, in moderation, I doubt it will not do any harm and might provide some benefit. Note that taking it can reduce the effectiveness of antibiotics.Due to the high dosage, I'm taking one every 3 days.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park.
