The ingredients seem to be alright, however, I believe these are the type that you are supposed to continue not just a one time detox treatment. If you are currently on any medications or are under a doctor's treatment for anything. I would not begin taking these before you clear it with your doctor. Most liver tonics are just a blend of herbs traditionally known to aid in liver function.I like that this one includes NAC and Choline for more direct support.This is a good blend that I would recommend.

I ordered this because it contains many ingredients that are purported to have beneficial effects such as antioxidant effects, detoxification effects that help the liver and kidneys recover from stress, and helping brain health. This formulation contains N-acetylcyseine, choline bitarttrate, ginger, milk thistle, turmeric, dandelion root, artichoke extract, schidandra, etc. It is more convenient to have all of these ingredients in one capsure than to take them separately.I also like the fact that the product description states that the product has been tested for impurities, heavy metals and bacteria. It would be nice if all supplements would provide the consumer with a product safety sheet with the results of such testing.
